All prices are in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Order and Contract

An order is placed through the website without requiring account registration.

The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out to EU countries.

Delivery takes place as soon as the product will be ready.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement via email.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will refund the payment using the same method used for the original transaction.

7. Warranty and Liability

We comply with all applicable German consumer protection and warranty laws.

In case of defects, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
